Shipping and Return Policy on Ninte – NINTE

Shipping

We ship to a large number of countries worldwide. Shipping rates include all duties, taxes, brokerage fees. All prices are in US dollars. 

US Shipping

We offer free shipping up to 48 states in the US. All items usually ship within 48 Hours (Monday - Friday). Payment cleared/received on Friday will be sent on the Next business days. Sometimes shortages may occur with products.  If there are circumstances where we do not have an item to fulfill an order, we will notify you by email by the next 2-3 business days.

-Shipping and handling fees include postage, handling and packing of goods.
Shipping to HI, AK, VI, PR states requires additional shipping costs.

-Some items may not be delivered to certain locations. If you cannot successfully order due "location" error , please contact us to fix the issues.

Cooperative shipping service: USPS / DHL / Fedex / UPS / EMS 

Domestic shipping usually takes about 3-7 days (ship out from our domestic NJ/CA warehouses), international shipping by EMS is about 3 weeks or longer(ship out from foreign factory/warehouses), please kindly wait patiently. Certain goods may take longer, depending on your local customs authority.

-Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout and PayPal is accurate. We currently do not support delivery to post office boxes. We are not responsible for undelivered addresses.

-For defective items, the return shipping fee and subsequent replacement shipping fee shall be borne by nintestore.com.

What Kind of Return is Acceptable?
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures is necessary to complete your request.

Buyers must contact us within 30 days of delivery and the following information will be provided(if buyer receive defective item/damage items):

tracking number
order number
Defect description
product photo
Photo of the shipping label on the box

If buyers didn't contact us in 30 days of delivery, no return/refund request will be accepted by nintestore.com. 

Return Shipping Fee
For orders delivered where reason for return isn't a result of a NINTE error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee (if NINTE provide prepaid return shipping label) will be deducted from your refund.
