Returns & Exchanges

In the situations that you:

  • Purchased the wrong part,size or color or
  • Purchased the wrong products
  • No longer need a product purchased,
  • Were sent the incorrect product contrary to what was described on the website,
  • Purchased a product that came defective, damaged or faulty,
  • Are not satisfied with the purchase

We ask you contact our customer service representatives by email and they will help assist with the next best steps. While each particular category identified above has their own special rules and conditions (please read below), there are some general rules which apply to all returns or exchanges:

  • All returns and exchanges must be made via our Return Procedure with a valid RMA#.
  • Product(s) must be in new condition and in the original packaging. In no event will we accept a product return that is in a poor condition.
  • Any returns related to defects, damage, fitment or other flaws will require additional inspection. Depending on the product, we may also require that you sent the product back to the source for inspection. In the event that you bring the product to your own mechanic who provides a report, we reserve the right to request verification by having the product shipped back to our source for additional inspection.
  • Any returns related to incorrect parts, sizes, purchased in error, or parts no longer needed, do not in any way assemble, install, or modify the product.
  • Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
  • In some cases, return of the physical product may not be required. For these products, instructions will be provided on how to process a field destroy or dispose of the original item.
  • The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:
    • Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order).
    • Custom Built Orders.

If you want to return the goods, please send an email to within 30 days of delivery.

The email subject should be: order number + return
E-mail content: The reason for requesting the return according to your reason for return with related pictures.
We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is necessary to process your return. The product (including packaging) must be returned in a brand new, resaleable state. The product must be returned with the original packaging box marked with the RMA number!

If we send you a product that is different from the product you ordered or a defective product, please use the above information to contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace the product free of charge and process your return. If you need to return the merchandise for any other reason, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please check all items for damage or defects when you receive the order and before using or installing the items.

Gift card products are not returnable on our website.

The replacement item will be processed and shipped after returning and inspecting the original item. If your return is not processed within 3 weeks, please contact us so we can check the status of your return.

Return Shipping Fee

For orders delivered within the continental US where the reason for return is based on the customer

  • No longer needing or wanting the product,
  • Purchasing the wrong product where the description is proper, or
  • Providing any reason which isn't a result of a NINTE error

For orders delivered where reason for return isn't a result of a NINTE error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee (if NINTE provide prepaid return shipping label) will be deducted from your refund.

The average initial shipping charge $10 USD(package length less than 40cm), $20 USD (package length in 40cm-80cm) and $50 USD(package length over 80cm ).

(e.g. if your order amount is $300, and you ship back the item to us without return label provide by NINTE, package dimension is 180cm*46cm*11cm, We will refund you $250 on this order after inspections) 

For all orders, returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery, and returns are only accepted if a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number has been issued by our service representitives. reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without authorization.

Returns will be processed within ten (10) business days after receipt (excluding weekends, holidays, and the date of package delivery). The refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Also note that coordination the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. In the event an error is made by NINTE, a return shipping fee will be provide by NINTE.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect products

While NINTE want to ensure that the products purchased will be the right fit, the first time, in perfect condition and proper fitment, sometimes due to factors outside of our control, products may be damaged in transit, defective from the assembly line or otherwise are simply incorrect.

If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, flawed or simply incorrect, not at the fault of the customer, do not attempt to use, install, modify, or repair the part. Please contact our customer service team, who will assist during the process, work with you, and find the best solution of your issue.

Exchange or replacement, once you have contacted our customer service team, our team will work with you to help facilitate the transaction. During this time, photos or video of the particular damage, defect, or fitment issues will be requested in order to correctly process your request, access the issue and underlying cause, and determine the next best steps.

If accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Upon return, we will inspect the part, which may require additional proofs, such as photos, videos or assessments, and upon confirmation of the defect at no fault of the customer, the exchange or replacement will be processed. In limited instances, return of the product may not be required, and in this event, additional steps may need to be taken as well.

Products must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier. Please note that products must be in the original packaging and there are additional requirements for products that ship freight.

Please ship the product out in a week after receiving the return label, otherwise the label may expire.

Damaged item
If the product is damaged during transportation, will replace the product for free, please contact within 72 hours.

We do our best to prevent damage to all packages during transportation by carefully packaging each order. Despite our preventive measures, damage sometimes occurs. If you receive an item damaged in transit, please email us within 72 hours of receiving it, and we will send you a new product and initiate a UPS claim for the damage package.

Please keep the original packaging and packing materials, because UPS/Fedex needs to inspect items in most cases. A representative should will contact you to arrange a convenient time to inspect and pick up the package for return. If they did not come to inspect the package, or did not take it away when they came-please contact us.

If you have not received your order after the tracking shows that it has been delivered, please contact UPS/FEDEX/USPS/DHL within 10 working days or check whether there is a camera on the front door or on the street to start that tracking.

Please send us the following picture information, and we will claim against the carrier on this order.

  • Picture of damaged product
  • Picture of the damaged product in the box
  • Clear picture of the shipping label on the box

If any component of the returned product is missing, we reserve the right to refuse the entire return or charge an additional fee for replacing the missing component. The condition of the product will be determined by us. Products returned due to damaged or missing packaging will be rejected or returned to you at your expense.

For any returned products, will not bear the installation cost.

Due the improvement and development in the industry reserves the right to change or modify the return policy and procedures at any time without notice.

The refund will be returned to the original payment method.

When you return an item, your refund and the way in which the refund is issued may vary depending on the condition of the item, how long you owned the item, and how you purchased it. Situation of Cancel&Refund, the item not yet shipped out, refund amount depends on the payment method

Returns and refunds: If your returns and refunds are accepted, it may take 2-3 weeks for us to process your return because the carrier receives your merchandise. Need to confirm the condition of returned items.


Cancel the wrong order before delivery: If you need to cancel the order, our staff may confirm the final confirmation with you. After the cancellation is completed, the refund may be issued in our system within 3-5 business days. If you pay by PayPal, since PayPal will charge service fee ( Order Value*4.4%+0.3) per order, and when cancel and refund this order, the PayPal won't refund this service fee to customer, so the total refund amount of this order is [Order value- (order value*4.4%+0.3)]. That service fee is still in PayPal, we didn't own that, please kindly understand! thank you!

We will assist with cancellation of an order or part(s) that have not been shipped and are not marked as non-cancelable / non-refundable items. Items that have been shipped already cannot be canceled or modified. Cancellations can be done through our customer care team who can be reached via email/live chat. Your request will be processed as quickly as possible, but please note that sometimes products ship quicker than expected.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. After receiving your order, please contact us to set up a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

-If you need any support, please email us. We strongly recommend professional installation of all our products. Due to improper installation, we do not accept any exchanges or returns.

-If you think the purchased item is inappropriate, please save all packaging materials and paperwork, and contact us with detailed information and
Digital photo to prove that the item does not fit. We will be responsible for all shipping costs and refund the total amount after verification.

-Parts only. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. The warranty does not apply to improper installation, water/fire damage, modification, use damage or any natural behavior.

-Your email should be answered within 24 hours (working days). Emails sent to us on weekends and holidays will be replied on the next working day. If you do not receive a response within 48 hours of the working day, please send a new email and notify us.
