Shipping

- Orders will be shipped within 2 business days(For Most Parts) after payment has been cleared. Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays maybe processed on the next business day and will be shipped within 24 hours

 
- Some shipments may take longer subject to your local customs authorities. 
 
- Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout and paypal is accurate. Currently we do not support to deliver to a P.O. Box. We are not responsible for undelivered addresses. 
 
- For defected items, return shipping cost and subsequent replacement shipping cost shall be borne by seller.  

Buyer must contact us within 3 days after the date of package arrived. No Claims will be accepted after 3 days with the below information:

  • tracking number
  • order number
  • defect description
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping label on the package box

 
- Shipping and Handling charges include postage, handling, and packaging of shipments.
Additional shipping charges are required for shipments to State of HI, AK, VI, PR.
 
- Some items maybe unable to ship to some location. you can contact us if you cannot order successfully when there is error notice of 'location'. 

Returns

If you want to return a product, please email us at info@nintestore.com within 30 days of receiving your order. 

  • Email subject should be: order number + Return
  • Email Content: reason of the return request with the pictures according to your return reason.

We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required to process your return.  Products (including packaging) must be returned in new, resalable condition. Products must return with the original package box with the RMA number marked!

If we sent you a different product from the one you ordered, or a defective item, please contact us using the information above within 30 days of receiving your order. We will replace the product and process your return at no charge. If for any other reason you need to return an item, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please check all merchandise for damage or defect when you receive your order, and before the item is used or installed.

Gift cards product is non-returnable on our website.

Replacement item will be processed and shipped upon return and inspection of the original item. If your return has not been processed within 3 weeks, please contact us so we may check the status of your return.

Return Policy

For all orders, returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the product, and ONLY if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued. nintestore.com reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without authorization. 

Returns will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt (not including weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered). Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless they receive an incorrect (we shipped the wrong product). (If the part doesn't fit your car but our link fitment range says fit, please send us related pictures to confirm, we can accept return at no charge)

We will not accept a return of an item that is damaged or defective if it has been used/installed please inspect all orders as soon as you receive them and contact info@nintestore.com within 72 hours.

Please send out the item within 72 hours once you receive a return label, otherwise the label maybe expired and the order cannot be returned and refund cannot be issued. Thank you for your cooperation!

Damaged item

If the product is damaged during shipment, nintestore.com will replace the product at no charge, please contact within 48 hours.

We try our best to prevent damage to all packages during transit by packing each order carefully. From time to time, though, damage will occur despite our precautions. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please send email to us within 48 hours of receipt and we will have a new product sent to you, and initiate a UPS claim for the item.

Please hold on to the original packaging and packing material because UPS, in most cases, will need to inspect the items. A UPS representative will contact you to set up a convenient time to inspect and pick up the package for return. If UPS does not come to inspect the package, or does not take it with them when they do come - please contact us.

If you have not received your order even after the tracking shows it was delivered, please contact the UPS or check the camera if there is in the front door or street within 15 business days to start a UPS tracer.

Please send us the information below pictures, we will claim with the carrier on this order.

If any component of the returned product is missing, we reserve the right to reject the entire return or impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component(s). The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion. Products sent back with damaged or missing packaging will be refused or returned to you at your expense.

Installation costs will not be covered by nintestore.com for any returned product.

nintestore.com reserves the right to change or amend the return policy and procedures at any time without notification.

 
Refunds

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item and how the item was purchased.

Return and Refund: if your return and refund is accepted , it may take 2-3 weeks for us to process your return after the carrier has received your item. Returned item condition will need to be confirmed. 

Wrong order canceled before shipment: if you require cancellation, our staff may confirm with you the final confirmation. once cancellation done, refund may issue in 3-5 business days in our system.

An order that has already shipped cannot be canceled.  Please Contact US to set up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) once your order has been received.


Technical Support
- Please send email to us if you need any support. We highly recommend professional installation for all of our products. We are not accepting any exchange or returns due to improper installation.

- If you believe the purchased item does not fit, please save all packaging material and paperwork and contact us with detailed information and
 digital photos        to prove how the item does not fit. We will be responsible for all shipping costs, and a full refund will be issued upon verification.
 
Warranty
- Parts only. Buyer's responsibility for all shipping costs. Warranty does not applied to improper installation, water / fire damage, modification, damage of usage or any acts of nature.

- Our office opens Monday to Friday. We close on weekends and all major holidays.

- Your e-mail should be replied within 24 hours(business day).  E-mail sent to us during weekends and holidays will be replied on the following business day. If you don't got a reply in 48 hours in business days, please send a new email and notify us.

- Please note that all e-mails will be sent to the e-mail address on our store. We recommend checking both of your Inbox and Junk Mail Box in case messages are treated as SPAMs.

- If you have any problems with your purchase, shipment, return/exchange, or any others, please e-mail us and let us resolve the problem.
