    If the return is caused by the consumer (non-defective return), consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. the specific fee should be based on the express company you choose; Restocking fee will be deducted from the non-defective return order

    If customer received damaged product, customer need to send emailto in 72 hours of item delivered. otherwise, no return/replacement/refund will be provided from NINTE.

    • The spoiler comes with the tail and with the black plastic?

      It is the add on to the factory spoiler on the car, the factory spoiler is not included. In the picture, you can see the black thin spoiler is the item listed in the product. the white big factory spoiler is not included.
